For breakfast I made a recipe from joyoushealth called World’s Easiest Pancakes.  They were super delicious!  The only ingredients are oat flour, berries (I used strawberries), coconut milk, vanilla, and a banana.  I topped these pancakes with my honey almond granola, some slices of bananas, and honey.  So filling and good!  Breakfast has become my favorite meal of the day because it’s so easy.   I usually eat oatmeal, cereal, or my spinach oatmeal pancake recipe….
